Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented comprehensive theme-based attractor programs, designed to meet enrollment metrics and inspire exemplary academic achievement in Title 1 schools. Under her leadership, SLAM! Osceola grew from an underperforming UniSIG school in 2018, to a High-Performing distinguished school of excellence, earning 4 consecutive “A” (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024).
